Learn How To Lucid Dream

Have a Lucid Dream Tonight
The ability to Have a Lucid Dream is a very interesting
concept. As we continue to grow in our knowledge of the sleep world, we understand more about how we can use
our brains to achieve success.
It's also becoming apparent that we can find pleasure
and entertainment in our sleep, and can become a part of it all using lucid dreaming techniques.
Lucid is described as "conscious awareness" during
sleep. This means that at some point in the night, you realize you are dreaming, and
can get inside the dream and be an active participant.
In the dream state, all things are possible! You can
fly, swim underwater for a long time (or walk on water); have a GREAT date, or just basically have
fun instead of just sleeping. Here are a few tips that might help you have a lucid dream in the
shortest amount of time:

The Best Time to Have a Lucid
Dream
One important thing to
remember about your dream cycles is that during the night, the time spent dreaming grows progressively longer with
each cycle - There are approximately four dream cycles night.
The longest stretch of
dreamtime occurs just before awakening. This is the time you should concentrate on trying to have a lucid
dream.
At first, it's a good idea to
track your dream cycles to determine approximately when you will reach the 4th (and last)
cycle.
Then, when you awaken after
the 3rd cycle, you can consciously tell yourself that next time you see or hear something, you will
be dreaming, and you would like to be aware of this dream and enter into it.
If you're still having problems, try to imagine
that you're spinning in a circle. This may seem an odd thing to do, but for some reason, it works for a lot of
people who try to have a lucid dream. Just spin, knowing you will soon be lucid dreaming, and it may happen sooner
than you think.
